It is our duty to inform you that data transfer such as email correspondence can often have security gaps, therefore it is not possible to protect data from being accessed to the full extent.

Safety measures

Vivid Binaries undertakes systematic precautionary safety measures devised using the latest in data protection methods and technologies in order to ensure the safety and integrity of stored personal data. These methods are conducted in compliance with the formalities of data protection laws.

They consist of measures that prevent loss, manipulation or destruction of data be it incidental or deliberate including, but not limited to, the encryption of data transferred between our servers and the browser you are using.

Data processing

Any user information provided within an e-mail contact or request will be processed in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR.

Should a third party be involved in any process that requires sharing of user information, we shall take precautionary legal and organizational measures that guarantee the safety of the aforementioned data. Data will be shared with third parties in the following cases:

• When hiring a subcontractor, the data shall be processed in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR.
• Should our company require the services of a third party in order to better our business process and increase our efficiency, data will be processed in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR.

Our company also collects data contained in server log files. These files contain server access information that includes, but not limited to, date and time of entry, browser that was used, referral URL, the amount of transferred data, IP-address and the name of the website that was requested from the server.

The aforementioned data is held for 7 days and deleted afterward for security reasons. This data is also processed in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR.

Any data within the server log files whose storage is requested for the purpose of serving as evidence in any court action, will not be deleted before the conclusion of the process in question.

Personal data that is no longer needed for the purposes it is collected is deleted from our storage unless the data is needed for conducting a process that is related to the activities of any court. In this case, data is stored solely for the purpose of the legal action in question and cannot be used in any other way.

User rights

The user, whose personal data is already being processed, can at any time withdraw his data from further processing, as long as that withdrawal is conducted by following the legal formalities concerning the procedure in question.

The withdrawal of data used for advertising to the user can be completed without following the aforementioned procedures. This is conducted by simply by requesting the withdrawal.

All the users have the right to be presented with the information about the data that is being processed. We are obliged to comply with requests of this sort at any time and without any compensation from the user.

The deletion of already stored data, as well as its exclusion from certain parts of processing, can be requested only in cases where data was not handled in accordance with the GDPR.

Users also have the right to request a change of inaccurate and erroneous data.

Should a user wish to stop sharing data, he can revoke the agreement to the privacy policy and stop any future data from being processed.
